On October 23, New America joined with other organizations to submit comments to the Office of Federal Student Aid at the U.S. Department of Education on FSA's Draft Strategic Plan for 2020 through 2024. One comment focused on how the plan addresses key issues related to federal financial aid; and another comment explores how the plan would address institutional and vendor oversight activities.
