Brutal drug cartels, swine flu and a crippling global recession all conspired to make the last two years an especially challenging period for America’s neighbor to the south. Mexico still faces a series of unenviable problems, but there are also reasons for optimism. At this crucial juncture, please join us in taking stock of where Mexico has been and where it’s headed.
