Every month, nearly 50,000 Latinos turn 18 and become eligible to vote. Latinos are a decisive voting bloc, coveted by both parties, in key battleground states like Florida, Nevada, and Colorado. President Obama is taking executive actions on immigration to appeal to this constituency; his opponent Mitt Romney has said he’s vetting a Cuban-American senator to be his running mate.
