Led by former and current youth apprentices, from the PAYA Youth Council, this webinar will offer firsthand insights into how apprenticeship leaders can improve their outreach and better connect to potential future apprentices. Starring two former youth apprentices and a recruitment specialist, this session will aim to spotlight apprentice perspectives—what worked, what didn’t, as well as insight from a program leader on the difficulties of advertising apprenticeship to young people.
