Yesterday, I had the opportunity to discuss the recent poverty and income numbers from Census on WNYC‘s Brian Lehrer Show. There were several compelling stories from callers who have been impacted by the recession, which highlighted the range of challenges people are facing and ways they’re trying to get through this difficult time.
