Riker Pasterkiewicz

Senior Communications Associate, International Reporting Project

Riker Pasterkiewicz is the senior communications associate for the International Reporting Project. He manages the IRP website and social media channels, outreach and engagement, and is responsible for developing IRP's overall communications strategy. Prior to joining IRP, he worked for the U.S. Department of State in strategic communication and public-private partnership management in Secretary's Office of Global Partnerships and Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. 

Pasterkiewicz is a proud native of the New Jersey coast and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont in anthropology and global studies with a minor in Spanish. He has studied in Argentina and China and has traveled extensively in Latin America and Asia. His undergraduate thesis focused on socio-economic disparities in the public transportation network of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is currently pursuing a masters degree at the George Washington University in global communication.
