Rachel F. Wang

Rachel F. Wang was a fellow for Bretton Woods II, exploring the current state of impact investing. She worked at the International Monetary Fund on public financial management, where she contributed to ongoing work in countries such as Ukraine. Wang recently co-authored an IMF working paper and database showing how countries’ fiscal transparency performance has changed over time. Previously, Wang worked for economist Robert Shiller and U.S. Ambassador to China Gary Locke. She is a graduate of Yale University.
