Qiuyun Shang

Qiuyun Shang was a fellow at New America’s Blockchain Trust Accelerator and the Responsible Asset Allocator Initiative, where she supported the development of a blockchain-powered solution to track and improve worker well-being in collaboration with ConsenSys, and the Sustainability and Health Initiative for NetPositive Enterprise (SHINE) at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She also provided support for the Impact Ledger, a project to raise awareness of blockchain projects for social good. Qiuyun has previously published pieces on China's Blockchain development, the adoption of blockchain technology in pharmaceutical supply chains and land registry. Prior to joining New America, Qiuyun worked as a research fellow at GreenPoint Group, a DC-based strategic consulting firm, and as a summer analyst at Goldman Sachs’ Hong Kong office. Qiuyun holds a Master of Arts degree from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University, where she focused on international economics and China studies.
