Molly G. Martin is the Senior Strategist (Executive Office) at New America, working closely with the President, CEO, COO, and Vice Presidents to identify, shape, measure, and implement strategic opportunities for the organization.
In 2022, Martin served as the Director of Strategy at the organization. In 2017-2021, Martin was the Director of New America Indianapolis, where she worked with local communities across the Rust Belt on issues of racial and economic equity.
Prior to joining New America, Martin spent 10 years at Lumina Foundation, focused on organizational learning; effective philanthropic practice; and higher education policy. Martin is also an award-winning freelance writer; worked at Butler University and Indiana University; and directed marketing for a health care start-up.
