Mark MacCarthy is an adjunct professor in the Communication, Culture, and Technology program at Georgetown University. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Technology Law and Policy at Georgetown Law School and was formerly Senior Vice President for Public Policy at the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA).
