Maggie Farry

Maggie Farry was a policy analyst with the Open Technology Institute at New America. She conducted research and analysis on open internet issues such as net neutrality, broadband access and adoption, and wireless spectrum. 

Previously, Farry was policy advisor in the U.S. Senate for Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.), where she worked on legislative initiatives in issue areas including Indian affairs, education, and telecommunications. Prior to that, she worked in the U.S. House of Representatives for Rep. Tom O'Halleran (D-Ariz.) as a legislative assistant, working on legislative initiatives to combat domestic violence in tribal communities.

Originally from Arizona, Farry interned at the International Rescue Committee assisting refugees with job readiness training before earning a B.A. in political science from the University of Arizona.
