Lamont Spruill was a staff accountant in the Finance department. He came to New America with a solid background in accounting spanning a variety of industries, including entertainment, nonprofit, and hospitality. Before joining New America, Lamont was a staff accountant at the W Washington DC Hotel. He was a part of a job rotation system at the hotel that allowed him to work in all phases of the daily accounting process.
Originally from Norfolk, VA, Lamont graduated from Norfolk State University and holds a B.S. in Accounting. In his spare time, Lamont enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and the family dog Sofie. Lamont is also a DJ.
