Jonah Force Hill

Jonah Force Hill was a Fellow in New America's Cybersecurity Initiative. Hill is Head of Global Cyber Policy at the U.S. Secret Service, where he formulates and implements policy on a range of cybersecurity and cybercrime issues.  Prior to joining the Secret Service, he served as a Policy Specialist in the U.S. Department of Commerce, NTIA, working global technology policy matters, including cross-border data flows, digital trade, and Internet governance. He has represented the United States at government-to-government engagements and in venues such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and holds an MTS and MPP from Harvard University and a BA from UCLA.
