Hayley Pontia was a communications intern in New America’s Education Policy Program.
Previously she has interned for Carnegie Museum of Natural History, Olson Zaltman Associates, and has completed directed research with the University of Pittsburgh Center for Learning in Out-of-School Environments.
She graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Communication Rhetoric. She is currently pursing her Master’s degree in Communication, Culture, and Technology (CCT) at Georgetown University with a focus on user experience, strategic communications, and learning sciences.
