Fanny McKeithen is a Human Resources Manager. She came to New America in January 2015 as a contractor in the Talent Development and Management Department. Fanny is a cross-functional human resources professional, with more than 25 years of human resources and finance experience. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, including non-profits, law firms and the nation’s third largest domestic airline. Most recently she worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Benefits Specialist at a nationally-known consulting firm that serves the non-profit community.
Fanny holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland University College. She is currently pursuing her Senior Human Resources Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
