Erika Calabrese

Erika Calabrese was New America’s Information Technology Director. Prior to coming to New America in April 2015, she held numerous positions in the information technology field. Her extensive background includes: global service delivery manager at CenturyLink Technology Solutions; director of user support services and quality assurance at DesignDATA; technical services support manager at CACI International, Inc.; IT helpdesk manager at Quadramed Corporation; technical services manager positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Thomas Publishing Company; and helpdesk supervisor at Time, Inc.

Ms. Calabrese received A+ certification; completed the Help Desk Manager (HDM) Certification Course; and trained for Service Desk, Problem and Incident Management Practitioner Certification. She holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Office Systems Support from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ, and completed additional education at Pace University and the University of Phoenix.
