Enrique Piracés

Enrique Piracés was a Ford/MDF Tech Exchange fellow. He worked at the intersection of human rights, science, and technological innovation. His focus has been both the implications of the use of technology in the context of human rights as well as the opportunities that new scientific and technological developments open for civil society. He is an advisor to multiple international projects and organizations, and a lecturer on the implications of the use of technology in human rights practice.
