Debbie Cate has 35 years of experience in special education as a teacher, consultant, diagnostician, Tennessee State 619 Coordinator (4 years) and TA provider (3 years). She is a technical assistance (TA) specialist with the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute (FPG) at the University of North Carolina (UNC) with the Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center (ECTA).
