Andrew Hagopian was a summer associate with New America's Future of Property Rights program. He is also a PhD student in international relations at American University, where he studies public international law, space law and policy, and conflict and new technologies. He hold a BA from Boston University and an MA (dist.) from SOAS, University of London.
