OTI  Comments Call for Technical Standard for Set Top Boxes

Last week, OTI filed comments with the Consumer Video Choice Coalition regarding set top box reform. In the comments, the Coalition asked the FCC to create a technical standard that would foster a competitive market for set top boxes.
