The project combines the intellectual resources of a leading university-based research center with a powerful, interdisciplinary think tank and civic enterprise–a powerful combination.

Sascha Meinrath

Tim Maurer was the Director of the Global Cybersecurity Norms and Resilience Project and Head of Research of New America’s Cybersecurity Initiative.
