Encryption looms large over first strategic dialog between the U.S. and India

Ross Schulman was quoted in an article in the Daily Dot on the Indian government's controversial new plan to restrict its citizens and businesses' use of encryption. He argued that it was important for U.S. officials to preach the gospel of strong encryption in the bilateral meetings.
