Anne-Marie Slaughter spoke at Dreamforce, the world's largest software conference, as the keynote of the conference's highest rated session, "Women and Equality Summit: Leadership Lessons from the Top." Together with co-panelist Sarah Kate Ellis, CEO of GLAAD, she spoke to an 800 person audience and more than 1 million online viewers about why women aren't making it into senior leadership positions in business—and what business should be doing now to cultivate the best talent.
