Konstantin Kakaes was quoted in Bloomberg LP about the true cost of the wall:

Konstantin Kakaes, an international security fellow with the New America Foundation, has estimated the cost of a 1,000-mile concrete wall 50 feet high, with 10 feet below ground, at $38 billion. He said it cost Israel $2.6 billion to build 320 miles of a planned 480-mile barrier, of which 10 percent or less is concrete.
