Iran's U.S. Relations Marked by Mixed Messages

"We're at an important critical moment in the relationship. We have more engagement with the Iranians than we have had in decades but at the same time we still have a very hostile relationship with them," says Suzanne DiMaggio, director of the U.S.-Iran Initiative at New America. "Is this going to be a turning point, something where we can decrease that tension?"
