Comments on Regulatory Relief Evaluation of Existing Regulations

New America's Higher Education Initiative submitted comments on the deregulation review underway at the U.S. Department of Education, urging it to exercise caution in eliminating rules that may protect students and taxpayers and offering suggestions for other regulations that can be modified or eliminated to alleviate burden.
