Hatch lauds president’s executive order to expand apprenticeships

Mary Alice McCarthy was quoted in the Normangee Star about Trump's executive order on apprenticeships. 

“We’re training people to have great jobs and high paying jobs, and we’re here to celebrate the dignity of work”, he said. “It’s not clear that they’re solving any problems with it”, said Mary Alice McCarthy, director of the Center on Education and Skills with the education policy program at New America and a former official at the U.S. Education and Labor Departments.
