On July 26th, Nneka Jenkins participated in a panel event during the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. During the panel discussion, sponsored by The Society for Human Resource Management and Third Way, Jenkins and other participants discussed ways employers, the government and educational institutions can invest in workforce development to address the skills gap.
