Advisory Council

The Advisory Council of the Better Life Lab at New America is a national network of business and philanthropic leaders and influential thinkers who advance our hallmarks of big ideas, impartial analysis, pragmatic policy solutions, technological innovation, and creative engagement with broad audiences. Members support the financial and intellectual life of the program, expanding New America’s intellectual reach in key regions and on key areas of business, technology, media and culture. Advisory Council members help establish ambitious new program objectives, examine issue priorities, and advise sustainability practices to usher in a new era of policy and culture transformation so that people and families have the opportunity to live their best lives at work and at home.

Members meet twice a year for intimate, high-level discussions on key policy topics. With opportunities to attend over 200 of New America’s events in DC, California and New York City, members regularly engage with New America’s president Anne-Marie Slaughter, program directors, fellows, key leadership and board members. These events bring policy to life, amplifying the big ideas backed by expert research and analysis that New America is built to produce.

All New America donors receive appropriate recognition on the New America website.
